You're invited to help design what comes after work.

As AI takes over more of the labor, someone has to decide who is paid, for what, and by whom. rsvp.earth is where that gets worked out in public: a manifesto, a set of open agreements, and open-source code for paying people to do meaningful things with the time they get back.

What lives here

Three things, developed in the open, free for anyone to use.

The Manifesto

The researched case for a privately funded basic income tied to a proposal — why cash alone is not enough, who owes whom, and how a private mechanism becomes the template for a public one.

Versioned. Sourced. Open to annotation.

The Agreements

Every instrument needed to run a dividend: sponsor contribution, recipient grant, governance, data ethics, operator terms. Legal text, plain-language companion, and a machine-readable summary.

Modeled on the SAFE. Licensed for reuse.

The Code

Intake, award, disbursement, check-ins, publishing, and measurement. Anyone with a pool of money and a roster of people should be able to stand one up.

Open source. Signed releases. Public audit log.

How it works

You tell us what you'll do with the time. We pay you to do it. You show the world what you did.

The work can be almost anything. The proposal is the point.

The commons

Written with the people it affects, not presented to them.

Every paragraph can be annotated. Every change goes through a public comment period before it's ratified. Every version is hashed, archived, and impossible to alter quietly. Stewardship transfers to an independent body once the first dividend is running — that commitment is published on day one.

  • Thirteen languages at launch, with a named human reviewer for each.
  • Stakeholder roles — workers, sponsors, researchers, policymakers, counsel — weighted in synthesis, never used to silence anyone.
  • Published formulas, fees, and moderation logs. An operator that hides its take loses the trust the whole thing depends on.
  • Sponsors set an aperture. They never see or veto an individual's proposal.
